Beginning September 10, 2025, the ANA Screen reagent updated to a new method with new reference ranges. Please take this into account when comparing current ANA Screen results to those run before September 10, 2025. Results were obtained with the Inova QUANTA Lite ANA ELISA. ANA values obtained with different manufacturers’ assay methods may not be used interchangeably.
In an appropriate clinical context, follow-up tests for a positive ANA Screen can be performed on the saved serum.
The following tests may be added within 5 days of original collection:
RF - Rheumatoid Factor (LAB5010)
ADNA1 - DNA Double-Stranded IgG Antibody (LABDNADS)
CNTAB - Centromere Antibodies (LAB6632)
