Submit only 1 of the following specimens:
Specimen Type: Whole blood
Continue/Tube: Lavender top (EDTA)
Specimen Volume: 1 mL
Specimen Minimum Volume: 0.3 mL
Specimen Type: Tissue
Container/Tube: Sterile container with saline
Specimen Volume: >3 mm3
Specimen Minimum Volume: 1 mm3
Collection Instructions: Send specimen refrigerated via overnight transport.
Additional Information: Specimen source is required.
