Unacceptable Conditions
Plasma, serum, FFPE tissue blocks/slides, or frozen tissue, DNA extracted by a non-CLIA lab. Specimens collected in anticoagulants other than EDTA or sodium heparin. Clotted or grossly hemolyzed specimens.
Stability
