CD20 B CELL QUANTITATION BY FLOW CYTOMETRY | LABCD20Q | CD20Q |
Useful For/Utility
For enumeration of B cell lymphocytes. Includes percent cells and absolute counts for CD19 and CD20.
This assay should not be used for diagnosing lymphocytic malignancies or evaluation of lymphocytosis of unknown etiology.
To evaluate an individual's major lymphocyte subsets - T, B and Natural Killer (NK) cells, order T & B Cell Markers (LAB2705).
Methodology
Immunophenotyping by Flow Cytometry
Purpose: CD19+ and CD20+ lymphocyte percentage and absolute counts may be useful for evaluation of B Cells in immunodeficiency states or therapeutic B Cell depletion.
Includes percent cells and absolute counts for CD19 (B Cells) and CD20 (B Cells).
Clinical Information
CD19+ and CD20+ lymphocyte percentage and absolute counts may be useful for evaluation of B Cells in immunodeficiency states or therapeutic B Cell depletion.
