The Alinity m CMV assay is intended for use as an aid in the management of Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant and Solid Organ Transplant patients who are undergoing anti-cytomegalovirus therapy.

Specimen Volume: 1.5mL (0.8 ml min)
Collection Instructions:
EDTA Plasma should be aliquoted off cells to an acceptable secondary tube. Freeze.
Specimen Stability
Frozen (preferred) -70/ Refrigerate 2-8 C 5 days
Reference Values
A “Not Detected” result indicates that the CMV is absent in the patient’s plasma specimen.
